Specialty: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine ? Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent ? Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care ? Patient Population: Medicare / Senior-Focused ? Schedule: Monday–Friday ? Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM) ? No nights, no weekends ? Small Patient Panel: 450 patients maximum ? Administrative time built into schedule ? Dedicated care team (MA, Scheduler, clinical support staff) ? Locations: Gentilly, Kenner, Metairie, Mid-City, New Orleans East, West Bank, Westwego Compensation Package ? Base Salary: $250,000–$270,000 ? Signing Bonus: Up to $50,000 (or $100,000 forgivable loan option) ? Year 1 Bonus: Up to $20,000 (increases upon partnership) ? Partnership Track: No buy-in; typically within 12–18 months ?
