This is an outpatient-only role focused on quality, continuity, and compassion — no nights, no weekends, and no on-call. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Specialty: Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to adult patients. Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions. Emphasize prevention, screenings, and health education. Collaborate with an integrated care team and referral network. Document care efficiently using electronic health records (EHR). Engage in continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Apply Today! #INDSMC Primary Care Physician Required Education Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Required Experience Minimum 3 years of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Required Licenses & Certifications Current, unrestricted Texas Medical License (or ability to obtain). Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible). Current State DEA Certificate. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous medical education and staying current with advancements in family medicine. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. While the regular schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, occasional evening or weekend coverage may be required to meet patient needs. Preferred Qualifications Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required. Experience in a value-based or managed care setting is a plus.
