JOB OVERVIEW

Located in Northern Virginia, American Executive Health System, (AEHS) is looking to recruit a FT/PT VA licensed, board-certified/board-eligible primary care physician, family medicine or internal medicine, (MD/DO), to join a medical team consisting of family practice and cardiology physicians, and physician assistants. The role involves managing a panel of patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management. There is option for focus solely on patients age 18+. We constantly strive for work-life balance. Our practice is not too large or too small, thus allowing for a more personalized work atmosphere. Both new graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Virginia.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible primary care physician
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Follow up on lab and test results
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
  • Supervising and receiving supports from physician assistants
  • Collaborate with specialists for referrals and coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in clinic meetings
  • Ensure all payor key metrics and quality scores are met
  • Bi-lingual in Vietnamese is a plus
