Responsibilities Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic diseases. Conduct preventive health screenings and routine check-ups tailored to patients' needs. Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients to support health maintenance. Utilize electronic health records to document patient information accurately. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention strategies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established clinical guidelines. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty. Valid medical license to practice primary care medicine. Experience in outpatient primary care settings is preferred. Strong clinical decision-making and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional learning.
