Description Primary Care Opportunity - WILL ACCEPT NEW GRADS AND 2026 RESIDENTS 1st year compensation over $300k Position Overview Join a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—without RVU pressure. We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.
