This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver advanced, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment — without the pressures of volume-driven medicine. Why You’ll Love This Opportunity • Compensation: Base salary $280K–$350K, commensurate with experience • Bonus Eligible: Up to 20% annual performance bonus • Schedule: Monday–Friday, outpatient only, no nights or weekends • Focus: Quality-driven care — not RVUs or patient quotas • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 • Support: Robust team including APPs, case managers, and care coordinators Your Role • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients, emphasizing prevention and chronic disease management • Collaborate in daily high-risk huddles to proactively manage care for complex patients • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention • Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the EMR system Requirements Qualifications • MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • Current and unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration • Experience managing complex or chronically ill patient populations • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills
