Overview Legacy Health is recruiting an Outpatient Physician for our Clark County Primary Care Clinics, located in and around Vancouver, Washington. Providers in this clinic include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians and pharmacists. $274k to $305k annually with two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE) Additional opportunities for productivity and quality incentives Opportunities for flexible FTE ranging from 0.60-1.00 FTE • Flexible schedule with opportunities to work 3-4 days per week to provide flexibility• $3,500 annual CME allowance, including 40 hours of CME• Relocation assistance available• Educational loan repayment opportunities (depending on eligibility)• Eligible to participate in HRSA loan repayment opportunities• Comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision/Disability/Life/Wellness/Retirement• 100% outpatient clinical practice• Unmatched Epic/EHR support through our unique Super Thrive Program• Dedicated, clinic-based nurse care management• Social worker and behavioral health support• Dedicated pharmacy support, including pharmacy tech and onsite pharmacist to assist with medication management, INR support and diabetic education• Dedicated panel coordinator to assist with patient outreach and care gap closure.
