Description Primary Care Physician - Tampa Area COMPENSATION: Salary $240- $260k+ Incentive Bonus. Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge. Role: • Compensation: Base $260k + 50K sign on bonus • Bonus: Up to 20k year 1 and goes up as a partner. • Partnership: No Buy-in. usually within 12-18 months. 65% have made partner after 1 year. Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician will manage a small panel of up to 450 senior patients, focusing on providing affordable VIP care for those with 3-5 chronic diseases in a 100% outpatient setting. Responsibilities include seeing approximately 18 patients per day with dedicated administrative time included in the schedule.
