Primary Care Physician Practicing in the Community (Non-Academic) Boston Medical Center Affiliated Physicians (BMCAP) is seeking dedicated primary care physicians to join our group. BMCAP is affiliated with Boston Medical Center, the largest safety-net hospital in New England, and is committed to providing accessible, high quality health services to all. These primary care physicians would be located in Southeastern Massachusetts (Brockton, North Easton, Norwood, Whitman) within our community division. We are built around a team-based care model dedicated to serving patients in the community, alongside Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists, Nurses and other specialists to provide comprehensive care, preventive health, chronic disease management and coordination of care. In addition to direct patient care, opportunities for quality improvement, clinical leadership, or medical education may be available depending on the applicant's experience and interests. Desired skill sets and attributes include strong clinical skills, desire to contribute to a growing practice, interest in participating in value-based primary care models, good communication skills, and a dedication to caring for populations in their own communities. Qualifications & Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Valid license to practice medicine in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated ability in outpatient primary care, managing both chronic and acute conditions Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Commitment to working as part of interprofessional teams (nurses, mid‑level providers, social workers, etc.) Experience or interest in population health, quality improvement, or academic/teaching activities preferred Ability to provide care that respects patient diversity, with attention to health equity Equal Opportunity Employer/Disabled/Veterans According to the FTC, there has been a rise in employment offer scams.
