We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and education—while working within a collaborative, team-based environment. We offer a competitive hourly pay of $60.00 - $67.00. What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions Provide primary care support across multiple specialties Perform in-scope procedures Collaborate closely with specialists in ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties to ensure continuity and coordination of care Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C/FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in the state of Ohio Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care Strong communication and empathy skills—your ability to connect with patients matters as much as your clinical expertise Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care E-Clinical Works EMR experience a PLUS! 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Malpractice insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
