Developing and implementing well-structured lesson plans and curricula, aligned with the English National Curriculum and contributing to our IB journey. Utilising rigorous assessment and providing timely, impactful feedback to support each student’s progress. Employing data-driven strategies and integrating technology to meet diverse learning needs and enhance educational experiences. Fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in young learners. Nurturing student wellbeing and contributing to a positive school culture as a dedicated Form Tutor. Leading and supporting enrichment activities, school events, and initiatives that boost student engagement and community spirit. Building strong, collaborative partnerships with parents through clear, consistent communication. Engaging actively in our continuous professional development programmes, curriculum innovation, and quality assurance processes.   The Successful Candidate will possess:   A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with a PGCE. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A minimum of 2 years’ teaching experiences, ideally within a UK and/or international school setting. Comprehensive knowledge of the English National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and related pedagogical best practices. A proven ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality lessons and raise standards for all learners. Experience in integrating educational technology effectively to enhance learning. Awareness of current educational developments and a commitment to innovation. Strong skills in assessment, reporting, and using data to inform teaching. A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
