PRIMARY EARLY CAREER TEACHER (ECT) TEACHING POSITIONIN LANCASHIRE

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher looking to kick start your career in a supportive and vibrant school environment? We have an exciting opportunities for a Primary Teaching position starting in September 2025. I currently have ECT roles for PPA, Year 6, Year 4 and Reception, all starting in September at schools able to support inductions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or pending completion of PGCE.
• Passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage young learners.

  Observation and interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited into the school for a lesson observation (typically 1 hour long, numeracy or literacy lesson). Following this, you will then be interviewed by the school SLT. This process allows you to understand the school and get a true indication of the day-to-day running of the school.
