REQUIREMENTS

  • A recognised qualification in Education or Early Childhood Education is essential.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and classroom dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
