Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the interests and needs of primary students. Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student interaction and learning. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and school activities. Work collaboratively with fellow educators in curriculum development and school events. Engage in professional development activities to enhance educational practices. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Native English Speaker. TEFL/TESOL certification is a strong plus. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary education setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to enhancing student learning and development.
