We are looking for an English Teacher for an International Bilingual School in Xiamen. This is a full-time position starting in 2026/2027 academic year in August 2026. Job responsibilities Teach the subject of English to primary school students utilizing the IB PYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Bachelor degree or above in the related subject Teaching certificate Two or more years teaching experience in the subject Excellent communications skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary range of 26,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of 4500 to 5000 RMB Paid summer and winter holidays Public holidays In house schooling for the employee’s children Commercial insurance Reimbursable relocation allowance of 6000-10000 RMB Reimbursable flight allowance Incentives for completion of contract Residence and work permit sponsored
