We are looking for a Primary School English Teacher for a bilingual school based in Chengdu. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in September 2026. Job details Teach English to primary school students, ensuring an engaging and supportive learning experience Prepare lessons, teaching materials, assessments, and report comments according to students’ learning needs Deliver well-structured English lessons focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, phonics, grammar, and vocabulary development Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing clear learning targets to help all students improve Provide regular and constructive feedback to students, parents, and caregivers Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports language development and student confidence Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of English learning resources Collaborate with other teachers and departments to support students’ English development across different subjects and school activities Bachelor degree in education preferred Teaching license Teaching in a mixed-ability classroom 2 years teaching experience in international school setting Monthly salary of 25,000 to 28,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications Public holidays Summer and Winter holidays Flight allowance Commercial insurance Three work meals Free education for dependent child
