Description

We are looking for a Primary School English Teacher in Zhengzhou, Henan province. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in August 2026 About the school This K–12 education group in Zhengzhou offers a full pathway across preschool, elementary, and secondary education, with a strong focus on bilingual learning, student-centered teaching, and whole-child development. Job details Teach Grade 3 and 4, or Grade 5 and 6 students using the bilingual elementary Reach curriculum with the National Geographic Reach textbook Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum and learning objectives Design lesson plans and follow the school’s academic requirements Monitor student progress and support student learning outcomes Participate in collaborative tam meetings for lesson planning and student progress discussions Organize meaningful English language activities to support classroom learning Attend parent-teacher conferences as required Teach 24 lessons per week, with six 40-minute lessons per day across 4 teaching days Use 1 workday per week for collaborative meetings and lesson planning Teach 6 classes across two grade levels, either Grades 3 and 4 or Grades 5 and 6 Bachelor's degree or above TEFL/TESOL Certificate Strong English communication skills Knowledge of various methods of teaching English to young non-native speakers Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 20,000 to 26,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing subsidy or on campus housing Paid holidays, Summer, Winter, public holidays and Christmas Health insurance Lunch Flight ticket allowance

Responsibilities
