Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters student engagement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support. Encourage collaboration and communication among students, while managing classroom behavior effectively. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and promote a sense of community. Participate in school events, activities, and professional development opportunities.
