As a Primary PE Coach with Dream Big Sports, your duties & responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high quality Physical Education lessons and extra-curricular clubs.
• Delivering our specialist educational programmes.
• Mentoring and upskilling teaching staff in the delivery of physical education.
• Delivering high quality sports activities at our Multi-Sports Holiday Camps during school holidays.
• Communicating effectively with customers to consistently identify and exceed their expectations.
• Attending meetings, workshops and training sessions, both internally and externally as required.
• Completing key administrative tasks such as planning, assessment and participation tracking.
• Reporting to the Operations Manager on performance as well as supporting other team members.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have the following:

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of the Primary PE National Curriculum.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering curriculum based Primary School PE.
• Experience of delivering in a classroom environment.
• Experience of developing or mentoring others in the area of physical education.
• Experience of using IT Software to complete administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

• 2x NGB Level 2 Qualifications
• First Aid Certificate
• Safeguarding Qualification
• Current Enhanced DBS Check

Desirable

• Driving licence & access to own form of transport.
• Level 3 PESS Qualification (or working towards)
• Gymnastics specific training
