We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for a bilingual school based in Chengdu. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in September 2026. Job details As a primary school teacher, you will serve as a homeroom teacher and teach subjects like English, art, PE, music, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions as well as: Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Delivery music courses to primary school students Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Contribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum Support students learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, such as supporting English and in other subjects and programs Bachelor degree in education preferred Teaching license Teaching in a mixed-ability classroom A proven track-record of success in the classroom Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 20,000 to 22,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance is 2,000 RMB Public holidays Paid summer and Winter holidays Flight allowance Commercial insurance Free education for dependent child
