The Role

We are seeking a full-time, ongoing Primary School Teacher to commence in Term 3, 2025. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and developmentally aligned Main Lessons and subject programs based on the Australian Steiner Curriculum Framework (ASCF)
  • Provide consistent academic instruction and holistic pastoral care
  • Collaborate with specialist educators and families to foster a warm, inclusive class culture
  • Participate in festivals, excursions, seasonal celebrations, and whole-school events
  • Contribute to faculty meetings and a collegial culture of growth and reflection

What You Bring

  • Teaching qualifications and current QCT registration (or ability to obtain before commencement)
  • A sound understanding of or keen interest in Steiner education
  • Experience or confidence teaching primary-aged students
  • Effective and appropriate classroom management strategies
  • Strong classroom leadership and a compassionate, adaptable approach
  • Commitment to working collaboratively within a values-based and dynamic educational setting
