Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to children with complex needs, helping them to reach their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials.
  • Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other staff to implement personalised learning plans.
