PRIMARY TEACHING ASSISTANT – SOUTHAMPTON

Salary: £88-£100 per day
Location: Southampton
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a school in Southampton. This is a full-time role supporting children in a classroom setting, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Relevant experience working with children is essential.

• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
• A proactive and patient approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for education and helping young learners thrive

• Support the teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities
• Work with small groups or individual students to enhance learning
• Assist with behaviour management and pastoral care
• Help prepare learning materials and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
