WHAT IS SGP (SECURE GUARANTEED PAY)?

SGP is a contract that guarantees your pay even if we’re unable to place you in a school on a given day. For example, if your contract is for 5 days per week but you’re only booked for 4, you’ll still be paid for all 5 days.
