Job Description:
Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on the behalf of schools based within Abertillery and its surrounding areas. Education Supply Pool are after a Primary Teacher who have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education who are a qualified Primary Teacher. This will be to support any day to day, short-term and long-term positions on supply. Joining supply is also a great opportunity to get experience within different school settings to expand your Primary Teacher experience at a flexible schedule you control.
Having a valid UK Driving License will increase your opportunities to find you work

• A minimum pay rate for a Primary Teacher of at least M1 (Currently £166.33 per day),

The successful Candidate must:

• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Have experience of teaching within the UK,
• Be able to set high standards,
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
• Plan innovative and creative lessons,
• Have the appropriate Education and Training,
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
• Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
• Be able to inspire and motivate pupils,
• Be adaptable and reliable,
• Be a flexible and confident individual.
