This role is ideal for those eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the British Curriculum. Create engaging and enriching learning experiences adapted to the needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage student participation. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and school initiatives. Engage with parents and guardians, maintaining clear communication regarding student progress. Participate actively in school events and professional development opportunities. Adhere to safeguarding policies and ensure the well-being of all students. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary environment. Strong understanding of the British Curriculum and child-centered teaching practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for education and a commitment to student development.
