Description
The Egypt Education Platform, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary Teacher for Key Stage 2 (KS2) for the Academic Year 2026-2027 at GEMS British International school of Madinaty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education in alignment with the British Curriculum, fostering both academic and personal growth among students. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and evaluate a broad and balanced teaching program tailored to the KS2 curriculum standards. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning. Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and encourage the development of all children. Regularly assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Engage with parents and stakeholders effectively to foster positive relationships and encourage community involvement in the educational process. Participate in continuous professional development and collaborative curriculum planning with colleagues. Adhere strictly to school policies, including those relating to safeguarding and student welfare, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every student. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent professional teaching certification. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching in a primary education setting, specifically within Key Stage 2 and preferably within a British curriculum environment. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Strong organization and classroom management abilities. Proficient in using a variety of teaching methods and technologies to engage and inspire learners. Commitment to personal and professional development and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Willingness to relocate to Cairo, Egypt. Issuing work permits. Responsibilities
