Pay: £150 to £225 per day + TLR (Dependent on Experience and Responsibility Level)

Reeson Education is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Primary Teacher for a full-time, long-term role at a fantastic primary school in the M40 area of Manchester. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Primary Teacher with at least three years of classroom experience who is now ready to take on additional responsibilities, including subject leadership and TLR duties.
The school is seeking a confident and forward-thinking Primary Teacher who can not only deliver high-quality teaching but also help shape curriculum development and support the wider school team. This Primary Teacher role is suitable for someone with vision, drive, and a passion for leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PRIMARY TEACHER:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum as a Primary Teacher
• Take responsibility for a specific subject area, including planning and monitoring impact
• Support school improvement priorities as a proactive Primary Teacher
• Model outstanding classroom practice and support colleagues through mentoring or CPD
• Work collaboratively with the SLT and wider staff to embed a strong curriculum
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to pupil achievement as a Primary Teacher
• Uphold safeguarding, SEND, and behaviour policies consistently
• Engage positively with parents, governors, and external partners
• Bring enthusiasm, structure, and ambition to your role as a Primary Teacher
• Create a learning environment that inspires, challenges, and supports pupils

THIS PRIMARY TEACHER ROLE IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO:
