Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Full-time, long-term position (Monday to Friday, 8:15am–4:15pm)
  • Start date: September 2025 (trials available immediately)
  • Strong potential to become a permanent role

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and structured classroom environment
  • Use proven behaviour management strategies to support pupils with SEMH
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, therapists and families to ensure the best outcomes for every child
