Primary Teacher – SEND School (South Birmingham)

As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils, creating a nurturing and structured learning environment where children feel safe, valued and motivated to learn. The Role:

• Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with SEND
• Planning and delivering engaging and highly differentiated lessons
• Supporting pupils with Autism, learning difficulties and communication needs
• Creating a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and specialist staff
• Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to EHCP targets
• Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
• Building positive relationships with parents, carers and professionals
