YEAR 4 CLASS TEACHER - SLOUGH

We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Class Teacher to join our popular and successful school community in Slough. This role is initially for a Year 4 class starting in September 2025. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, ECTs, or aspiring leaders.
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring individual who can make a positive difference in children’s lives. The ideal candidate will:
✔ Have a strong understanding of how children learn and the confidence to support children with a wide range of needs.
✔ Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to Year 4 pupils.
✔ Motivate and challenge students to achieve their full potential.
✔ Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
✔ Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
✔ Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s values.
Our teachers enjoy the freedom to be flexible and creative in delivering our curriculum, supported by a leadership team that prioritises staff wellbeing. Class teachers may work across KS1, KS2, or EYFS depending on their skills, experience, and aspirations.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✔ Experience teaching at primary level (Year 4 experience desirable).
✔ Strong classroom management skills and ability to differentiate learning.
✔ Enthusiasm for supporting children’s academic and personal development.
✔ A patient, creative, and collaborative approach to teaching.
✔ DBS check required (we can assist with this).
✔ Located in or near Slough or willing to commute.
