We are seeking an exceptional TA3 to join our team — a practitioner with proven experience across EYFS and/or KS1 who can bring deep knowledge of early childhood development to the classroom. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in supporting phonics teaching, confidently delivering targeted interventions, and nurturing early language and literacy through evidence based practice.
