Description Shodair is looking for a Residential Therapist to join our amazing Social Services team in Helena, MT! Therapists are one of the most important members of our patients’ treatment teams. They work closely with other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to determine individualized care plans, and work to ensure that our patients have access to the best care possible. This position starts at $74,200 annually (unlicensed) and $79,900 annually (licensed). Requirements Required Education and Experience - Graduation from an accredited Master’s degree program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely relate field is required. Graduation from a PhD or PsyD program in clinical psychology or counseling psychology is also accepted. Either fully licensed or eligible or holds current candidacy license as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist in the State of Montana and actively working towards Montana licensure per the board of Behavioral Health requirements. Preferred Education and Experience - 2 years of prior experience working with children/adolescents.
