REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualification: Experience in primary education preferred; teaching qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Commitment to Students: Dedication to fostering independent progress and achieving educational goals with students is essential.
• Full DBS Check: Proof of a current DBS certificate is required.
• Subject Expertise: Solid understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.
• Teaching Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire young learners.
• Passion: A genuine passion for teaching and empowering young students.
• Location: Ability to travel within the Abingdon, Wallingford, Wantage, and Didcot areas (and smaller surrounding villages).
