Responsibilities

You will be a part of the Consumer VGS Technology organization leading multiple large-scale transformational programs within the contact center application and tools domain. The ideal candidate will possess both technical and business expertise in contact center applications and tools, with a focus on enterprise grade scalability, availability, operational stability, and performance.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing an industry first/leading AI-driven customer engagement solution providing virtual concierge services and agentic automations to create a new and autonomous engagement model for our customers.

  • Designing and implementing scalable full-stack architectures for AI-powered contact center solutions with minimal supervision
  • Designing and building agentic AI workflows to enable autonomous and semi-autonomous agent workflows
  • Designing and developing intelligent, context-aware user interfaces that integrate AI-driven recommendations and automation
  • Collaborating with other technical and business teams to understand and address technical requirements within the design and architecture
  • Working closely with CS business stakeholders, product and platform engineering teams to define and deliver solutions
  • Providing technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on large, highly complex projects as a team leader
  • Optimizing UI performance, accessibility, and responsiveness for superior user experience
  • Leading architectural reviews, code reviews, and best practice implementations
  • Mentoring the team on best practices, architecture patterns, and AI integration techniques
  • Continuous learning and practical application of new AI trends, cloud technologies, and industry best practices
  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge of software design, APIs, and web technologies to identify, evaluate and solve unarticulated business opportunities
