Job Description AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team currently has an immediate opportunity for an Acoustician IV position based in Bogotá, Colombia. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge. Makes recommendations on work methods and procedures and technical innovations by devising practical and economical solutions to problems in own discipline. Makes recommendations on research requests, objectives, priorities, and timing. Assess need for change and recommends development of standards. Assess work against standards, objectives and specifications. Utilizes advanced scientific principles, theories, practices and existing technologies when working on unusually complex technical problems. Interprets and records data, conducts analyses, compares findings to relevant studies and local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance. Develops solutions which are highly innovative. Assignments are often self-initiated. Acts as advisor to management and clients. Oversees the work of less experienced scientists. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering, plus 6+ years of experience in acoustics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. English level B2. Additional Information Preferred Requirements: Proffessional degree in Architecture or Engineering +8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
