工作内容： 1. 熟悉国际安全法规IIHS，NCAP要求 2、基于扎实的安全领域知识背景和专业技术基础，主导智能座舱安全创新项目的开发 3、作为专业领域的技术牵头人，负责延锋安全创新产品战略的制定，提前规划关键技术路线图，提出全球性的专利布局方案，牵头并负责技术方案的调研、论证以及技术开发。 4、理解和掌握创新流程，熟练使用线上创新流程并进行项目预算管理。 5、提出并应用一些创新性的开发工具和方法，提高团队整体创新能力，如大数据训练模型、可视化数据分析工具、自研智能测试软硬件环境等等。 6、优化和改进现有创新管理流程，提升创新系统运营和管理效能，有效管控研发成本和进度。 7、跨系统创新研发流程整合及全球化创新流程管理。 8、具备强大的产品设计、成本分析能力和控制能力， 9、具备良好的逻辑表达和用户沟通能力； 10、具备良好的技术营销和产品推广能力； 11、具备强大的逻辑思考、复杂系统分析能力和问题解决能力；任职要求： 1、高效的执行力&富有好奇心，对未知事务和领域充满好奇心和探索的精神，并善于发现新的机会 2、统招本科及以上学历，8年及以上约束系统CAE或工程开发经验 Thank you for your interest in KEIPER.
