ABOUT THE ROLE

The Value Management Office (VMO) is part of Rio Tinto’s Commercial Digital team, delivering digital solutions to support the business. VMO drives strategic alignment, lean governance, and communication, ensures key initiatives are delivered, and supports operational excellence through structured processes and stakeholder collaboration.
Reporting to Manager Domain Portfolio, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFULLY CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• A recognized University degree with at least 5 years of relevant experiences.
• Proven track record in delivering digital products using Agile Methodology.
• Knowledge or working experience in commodity trading is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certified Product Owner or Scrum Master is preferred.
• Having human centred design or design thinking experience will be a plus.
