Description This position is contingent upon successful contract submission and award. Prevailance is seeking a senior-level Principal Analyst to support Maritime Patrol Reconnaissance Force (MPRF) transition planning with a focus on infrastructure, MILCON, and NEPA considerations. This role provides analytical and advisory support across MPRF Family of Systems (FoS) transitions, infrastructure planning, environmental compliance, and enterprise decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep MPRA community experience, strong infrastructure and basing knowledge, and the ability to brief and advise senior and flag-level leadership. Travel may be required. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Prepare briefing materials for presentation to MPRF leadership and higher-echelon staffs outlining progress, risks, and recommendations Review, analyze, and recommend requirements supporting MPRF Family of Systems (FoS) transition and sustainment, including: P-8A Poseidon MQ-4C Triton Multi-INT Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) P-8 Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Develop well-researched, data-driven alternatives to support cost-effective and operationally sound FoS introduction and deployment aligned with the Master Aviation Plan (MAP) Capture and document infrastructure-related goals, issues, and risks identified during stakeholder reviews and transition progress assessments Analyze cost and schedule execution of infrastructure-related FoS capabilities and develop analytical reports Provide infrastructure inputs to the MPRF transition roadmap, including airframe delivery and assignment, modifications, training, deployment, testing, manpower, and contingency planning aligned with budget realities Evaluate facility construction and planning documentation for P-8A, MQ-4C, TOC, and MTOC facilities at CONUS and OCONUS locations Coordinate, track, and support SCIF and SAP facility planning efforts, including Concept Approval Requests (CARs), Construction Security Plans (CSPs), and accreditation activities Provide data and analytical support for MPRF MILCON and special projects during Shore Mission Integration (SMIG) and POM cycle reviews Participate in NEPA stakeholder engagement meetings and track historical MPRF-related NEPA documentation Requirements Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required 10+ years of experience supporting studies, analyses, surveys, and reporting for organizational or enterprise-level business improvement initiatives Experience in systems design analysis, functional requirements analysis, and implementation or transition planning for government or commercial systems Significant experience within the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aviation (MPRA) community, with demonstrated depth of operational and deployment knowledge Proven experience preparing and delivering flag-level briefings on manpower, aircraft, facilities, and equipment requirements Recent, hands-on experience analyzing and planning infrastructure basing and NEPA requirements for: P-8 Poseidon MQ-4C Triton Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Tactical Operations Center (TOC) / Mobile TOC (MTOC) systems Required Traits: Strong analytical capability with the ability to solve complex, cross-functional problems Demonstrated leadership in shaping enterprise-level processes, recommendations, and planning solutions Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across technical and senior leadership audiences Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field Advanced degree preferred Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance If you meet these qualifications and are ready to make an impact, we encourage you to apply today!
