Job Description The purpose of this job is to be accountable for the delivery of strategic business planning, communication, reporting and change management for Energy while building and maintaining key relationships across the organization. In addition, this role actively participates in the daily management of business development transactions of Pilot Energy. Partner with the Sr. Director, Supply Planning & Execution to develop and execute long‑term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. Lead the collection, storage, and management of companywide energy data for board‑level and executive reporting. Prepare presentations and reports for the Pilot Board, Executive Committee, and Berkshire, ensuring alignment with Berkshire writing standards. Support business development through financial modeling, document review, data room oversight, and executive communications. Develop and deliver business development updates to Pilot Energy leadership. Track and analyze growth initiatives, provide data‑driven insights, and prepare executive reports highlighting progress, risks, and recommended actions. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, managing budgets and initiatives to meet business objectives. Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives and foster a collaborative culture that promotes shared insights and best practices. Monitor market conditions and proactively communicate relevant developments. Build, manage, and expand strong business relationships with key customers and partners. Partner with internal teams (legal, tax, finance, and others) to ensure efficient execution of business development transactions. Collaborate with external stakeholders—including customers, vendors, outside counsel, and M&A advisors—to advance Pilot Energy’s business development strategies. Perform other duties as assigned.
