Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the Application Portfolio Model (APM), ensuring every application is catalogued, governed, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Lead strategic assessments of new business applications to prevent duplication and promote scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and implement frameworks, standards, and best practices for enterprise application and data governance.
  • Provide technical oversight and architectural leadership across application and data domains.
  • Design and govern logical and physical data models that align with business goals.
  • Create reference architectures and integration patterns that support a sustainable and agile technology environment.
  • Scan the horizon for emerging technologies and trends to inform executive decision-making and future-proof our architecture.
