What You ‘ll Be Doing As the Group Leader of the Tactical Communications and Networking Software Engineering team (a group of 10 engineers) you will be dealing with both the WiSPR family of products of IDE as well as relevant European Defense Fund programs for future generations of defense communications’ solutions in the Land, Sea and Air domains. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor/University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related discipline At least ten (10) years of proven working experience as a Senior Software Engineer and/or Architect Solid experience in software design and development: o Proficient in C/C++ development o Understanding of software engineering pipelines with emphasis on DevSecOps o Experience in Linux programming and its development ecosystem Ability to mentor/guide mid-scale software engineering teams and represent the software engineering section to internal and external stakeholders (other engineering teams, marketing teams, end-users, etc.) Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates) Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Greek Desired: Proficient knowledge of Network Programming Proficient knowledge of IP stack and applications Ready to Join Us?
