REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have experience in RF and mmW components and able to quickly come up to speed on technical aspects of these products
  • Ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in software development (Python preferred)
  • Applications Engineer with knowledge of GaN and GaAs RF/Microwave semiconductors for power amplifiers, LNA, phase shifters, switches, and filters.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, to working on solutions for issues in customer designs
  • Excellent business communication skills, written and spoken English, and solid presentation skills
  • Positive, supportive attitude in a mutually-respectful environment required at all times
  • Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering with an emphasis in RF, plus 10+ or more years of experience in the RF space

Responsibilities
  • Provide the primary technical interface with a variety of customers, via phone, email, live web chat, and occasional face-to-face customer visits
  • Respond to all technical inquiries in a professional and positive manner
  • Resolve design issues by making product recommendations as required by customers
  • Exercise excellent business judgment to determine additional support as needed or escalation as required
  • Provide test support as needed for customer requested special testing
  • Work as a collaborative and professional team member in cross-functional situations with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, Production, Distribution channel and Marketing
