QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Licensed Professional Architect – State of Nebraska (ability to secure additional licensure in surrounding states or NCARB certification is a plus).
• 7+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.
• Strong design and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration, coordination, and communication skills.

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
  Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lincoln, NE 6851

• Design and program buildings tailored to how people live, work, and thrive.
• Support ACRE’s growth by contributing to client development and marketing initiatives.
• Manage projects from proposal preparation through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and financial success.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Analyze reports, maps, and drawings to plan and execute designs.
• Oversee coordination with project team members, consultants, and collaborators.
• Maintain high standards of design and quality control across all projects.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to meet financial and timeline goals.
