As our Principal Architect in Enterprise Payments, you’ll guide the future of our payments platforms, bringing simplicity, resilience and smart technology choices to some of our most critical systems. You’ll work full time, based in Sydney, and with hybrid working to help you balance life and work. You’ll define how our payment systems evolve, partnering with architects, engineers, product teams, regulators and external partners. You’ll bring clarity to complex problems, help senior leaders make confident decisions and make sure our platforms are safe, modern and ready for the future. This role is all about influencing, advising and shaping change across a huge technology ecosystem. What do I need? Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in cutting-edge payments systems (particularly cross border) Strong knowledge of payment domains such as real‑time payments, international payments, clearing & settlement, and payment messaging Proven experience operating at principal or enterprise architect level in complex, regulated environments Strong understanding of non‑functional requirements: availability, performance, security, resilience, and scalability. · Experience in Blockchain technologies and Digital Assets is an added advantage. Adequate knowledge in AI and Agentic workflows is a plus. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide clear architectural guidance at executive level. Why join us?
