Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Germany

Contract: Long-term contract

Languages: English B2+ and German B2+

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join an established Salesforce team on a long-term contract. You will lead the architecture and design of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions while acting as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design
• Produce technical blueprints for scalable and cost-effective solutions
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards
• Resolve complex technical challenges across Salesforce and its ecosystem
• Guide and mentor Salesforce delivery teams
• Lead client workshops and technical discussions
• Support pre-sales activities, prototypes and demonstrations
• Work closely with sales teams on new opportunities
• Engage with CIOs, IT Directors and C-level stakeholders

Essential Requirements

• At least five years of Salesforce experience, validated through relevant certifications
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customisation and coding
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Successful delivery of complex multi-cloud or multi-system projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and data models
• English at B2 level or above
• German at B2 level or above
• Based in Germany or able to work from Germany
