REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in Azure cloud architecture.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in Azure-native services, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or other enterprise backend languages.
• Strong DevOps skills including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare integrations including ANSI X12 EDI, HL7, and FHIR.
• Understanding of RCM workflows such as eligibility, claims, payment posting, and denial management.
• Strong security and compliance knowledge including HIPAA and HITECH.
• Track record of hands-on leadership in a build-from-scratch environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments.
• AI/ML experience in healthcare including OCR, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer.
• TOGAF or other architecture framework certifications.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on Principal Architect & Lead Engineer to design, build, and scale a cloud-native, multi-tenant Azure platform for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This is a working leader role. You will architect enterprise-grade solutions, write production code, configure Azure services, and stand up healthcare integrations in the early phases. You will then grow and lead a team as the platform matures.
This is not a maintenance role. We are building from the ground up, and you will own the technical vision, architecture, and execution for a platform that integrates with EMRs, clearinghouses, and payer systems to automate critical RCM workflows such as eligibility, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.
