* Review and evaluate architectural designs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines * Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and designers to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with architectural standards and principles * Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organization that are optimized for BIM * Identify and mitigate design risks and issues by collaborating with project teams, designers, and stakeholders * Ensure all architectural designs are consistent with the organization's strategic objectives and long-term goals * Participate in project planning and governance activities to ensure that designs are aligned with business requirements and project objectives * Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to identify and resolve cross-functional design issues * Liaise with the statutory and local authorities to obtain design approvals * Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project Life Cycle compliance across team and projects WSP is one of the world's leading professional services consulting firms.
