Job Description Job Title: Principal Associate - IT (Exchange Online, AD, Azure) Work mode: Hybrid Shift Timing: 12PM to 9PM OVERALL OBJECTIVES: As part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team for Environment Testing Europe, you will join a growing international team to work on maintenance of newly deployed segregated IT User Zones and Application Availability Groups servers, end user device management and Cloud infrastructures. Your role will be to support daily operations and project tasks under the scope of L2 operations crew. You will collaborate with number of different IT Support and Delivery Teams on daily basis. It will require Microsoft Server & Client OS, Azure. Open mind and ability to cooperate with multiple individuals in a multicultural environment is essential. You will get an opportunity to be a part of major IT Infrastructure across Environment Testing Europe businesses. SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS: As part of the Environment Testing Europe Operations L2 Team you will act as primary contact to support infrastructure regarding: Azure services configurations and maintenance. M365 problems (Outlook, Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows). Identity and Access Management queries. Server management (2019/2021/2022). Applications related problems requiring triage to respective application support group. Patch deployment through Intune, SCCM, Azure Update Manager, and ManageEngine Endpoint Central Main activities, but not limited to, are: Manage and monitor Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Storage, and Networking. Perform intermediate-level troubleshooting and maintenance of Azure infrastructure. Intermediate troubleshooting of operating system, and application-related issues. Troubleshoot email delivery issues, spam/antispam configurations, and mail flow problems. Monitor and respond to server alerts (performance, disk usage, service failures). Own the incoming requests and manages escalations. Support in creation of operational documents, communications and processes. REQUIRED SKILLS: An ideal candidate should have strong 5+ years’ experience in all the below: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Azure administration. Hands-on expertise in Windows Server management (2016/2019/2022). Knowledge of patch management tools (Intune, SCCM, Azure Update Manager, ManageEngine Endpoint Central). Troubleshooting of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Office 365 (O365). Intermediate experience with Exchange Online administration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Below skills will be an advantage: Exchange Online Automation with PowerShell, Ansible etc. BMC Helix Ticketing usage ITIL Foundation certificate Site 24x7 Monitoring tool
