As a representative from the TPM CoE, you will help prioritize areas that need improvement and also present regularly to the ESM leadership on any areas where you need additional executive level support. You will work with several stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and with a high level of quality.

  • Leadership: Teach, facilitate and coach Third Party Managers to deliver strong outcomes and manage their supplier portfolios with a risk focused approach
  • Driving Intent: Represent the TPM community in several cross-functional forums to define new intent coming into ESM and provide feedback on the level of impact to the TPMs
  • Communications: Deliver strong communications plan for the TPM community and share upcoming training opportunities
  • Influence: Exercise influence across multiple domains to drive process improvements and adoption via presentation and storytelling skills
